What to Know Before Registering

A Few Things to Keep in Mind Before Creating an Account

By registering with qq22, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. Keeping these points in mind will help ensure your account runs smoothly.

First, qq22 is an 18+ platform. You must provide your correct date of birth during registration — it will be verified against your national ID during KYC checks at the time of withdrawal. Providing incorrect information will cause issues with account verification.

Second, each person may only operate one account. Creating multiple accounts with the same mobile number or identity may result in all bonuses being cancelled.

Third, you must use the same mobile number registered on your account for payments. Payments sent from third-party numbers will not be accepted. Please make sure to use your own bKash or Nagad number.

FAQ

You generally don't need a separate sign-up to join qq22 tournaments or leaderboard events — having an account automatically enters you. Points are earned by placing bets on the designated tournament games within the specified timeframe. Your leaderboard position is typically based on your total bet amount or total winnings. Some tournaments rank players by their highest single win, others by cumulative bets. The specific rules for each event are clearly listed on the "Promotions" page — you'll find the start date, end date, prize list, and points calculation method all in one place. During an active event, you can check your real-time leaderboard position at any time.

If the app won't open or is prompting you to update, first check that your phone's internet connection is working. Then force-close the app and relaunch it. If an update prompt appears, download the latest APK directly from the qq22 official website — the app is generally not available on the Play Store, so you'll need to get it from the site. Before downloading, go to your phone's settings and enable "Unknown sources" or "Install unknown apps". Installing the new APK over the existing version — without uninstalling it first — will keep your login details intact. If you're still having trouble, use the browser version of the site, which has all the same features. If you can't access your account for any reason, reach out via live chat.
